As we bid farewell to 2023, Daria Petrus, Head of Sales at Betinvest, reflects on a year of remarkable achievements and advancements of the company. From product development to strategic partnerships and participation in key events, the company has made significant strides that set the stage for an even more ambitious future.
Concerning product development, Betinvest has consistently pushed the boundaries to enhance its offerings. This year witnessed the expansion of the TT EURO.CUP league, with the introduction of table tennis tournaments in Poland. Our partner, CyberLive!Arena, started CLA EuroCup tournament, which consists of eFootball competitions between Ukraine and Croatia, welcoming Poland, and eBasketball. This solution is unique, as Betinvest first offered something different from the usual round-robin tournaments in the industry, whose format is closely aligned with classic esports events.
The Esport Pro Club league introduced two new titles — eFutsal and eBasketball Euroleague — and organized tournaments in Croatia. Also, Winners Beach Volleyball League broke new ground with matches in women's team events. In addition, Betinvest expanded its product portfolio by introducing the Winners Goal Pro Cup — a first Ukrainian short football league that features 16 teams competing against each other in weekly tournaments. Short football is played on a smaller field with fewer players and no goalkeeper. The competitions follow an original format derived from classical football rules. The WGPC provides 600+ events monthly and has 6:00AM - 4:30PM Monday to Friday coverage for enthusiasts in different time zones.
Betinvest strategically forged partnerships with key industry players. The company redirected its focus to in-house content distribution. It mirrors Betinvest's desire to consider different possibilities in the industry and continue to develop and innovate. So, partnerships were established with PandaScore, EveryMatrix, TV BET, DATA.BET, and Altenar. Betinvest's transformative journey has been characterized by consistent innovation of its product, with the development of cutting-edge technologies playing a pivotal role. By challenging industry norms and introducing pioneering offerings, Betinvest has stayed ahead of the curve.
Our team actively participated in industry events, fostering connections with top players in the field. The team attended ICE London 2023, Sigma Americas 2023, iGB Live Amsterdam, SBC Summit Barcelona, and Sigma Europe 2023. These events provided valuable opportunities to engage with industry trends, connect with peers, and explore new business prospects.
Company also launched the Betinsight podcast series, featuring top experts in the field. This initiative provides a platform for sharing insights, trends, and expertise within the iGaming industry.
Looking ahead, Betinvest sets its sights on an ambitious future. Plans for the upcoming year include expanding into new European sports and esports locations, investing in AI-based products, and visiting ICE London 2024.
